I'm sorry, but you did NOT answer my question but deflected it with the following: There IS no connection between "Lt." Quarles Harris and the scrubbing of Obama's passport files.

Bedckwith may very well be right, but actually we do not know for sure. It may be that Harris copied Obama’s Dept State files and was willing ti sell them, or copied them for someone else in the Democrate, party for example.

The government simply blamed two governmet employees and either fired them or disciplined them. Harris was assassinated. We will likely will never know for sure. I prefer to speculate that HArris did know who copied the files or knew who wanted them. Otherwise he likely would be still alive. Thats my speculative preference.
