Here's a remarkable video of Tucson Democrat hatchet man Sheriff Dupnik on Fox with Megan Kelly.
Using his office for partisan political attacks and jeopardizing the assassination prosecution.
Lawyering up, when asked about talk of Loughner's prior death threats.
And yet admitting that they were only "fairly recent" and therefore clearly before the crime and arrest of yesterday.
What are the professional standards of that office?
[Great job Megan!]

SD: "...vitriolic statements made night and day on radio and TV..."
MK: "Whether there is anything you have uncovered in your investigation, so far, that suggests that the suspected killer was listening to radio or watching television and in any way inspired by what he heard or saw?"
SD: "Well, I know that there has been some contact with Gabrielle Giffords {and Jared Loughner} in the past. We have... a letter from her dated in 2007 were... she had agreed & invited him to a similar event in 2007."
"When millions of dollars are filtered into this country to buy very vitriolic ads, and they don't have to be identified, the countries they are coming from or the people who are donating them, I think it's time that we take a look at it."
"We see one party trying to block the attempts of another party to make this a better country." ,p> MK: "There was talk that this JL having threaten threaten to kill somebody, not Gabrielle Giffords, you said, but somebody. Can you share with us any details on that threat?"
SD: "Well, Megan, if you were my lawyer, you would probably tell me not to answer that question, and I have been told by lawyers not to address that issue at the moment."
MK: "Was it in the distant past or recent?"
SD: "Fairly recent."
MEGYN Kelly
I saw part of that segment. He was very unprofessional. I hope someone starts impeachment proceedings. He has no business being in the job he is since he is so prejudiced.
Time for a Freedom of Information filing on the good Sheriff. He has good reason to be lawyering up.
Guess Jared isn’t the only one who can ramble unintelligently.
That's a pretty broad statement. Before calling people foolish, are you certain of that? And does your statement cover AZ only or all 57 states?
his fellow sheriff, a REAL sheriff....Joe Arappio(sp?) has money on his head by illegls and drug runners....wonder what the fat and slobby sheriff Dipstick is doing to fight that....
Don’t ever go up against Megan Kelly. She won’t let you get away with it.
Here are a couple of 0bamis quotes:
** Obama: They Bring a Knife
We Bring a Gun
** Obama to His Followers: Get in Their Faces!
** Obama on ACORN Mobs: I dont want to quell anger. I think people are right to be angry! Im angry!
** Obama to His Mercenary Army: Hit Back ...Twice As Hard
** Obama on the private sector: We talk to these folks
so I know whose ass to kick.
** Obama to voters: Republican victory would mean hand to hand combat
** Obama to lib supporters: Its time to Fight for it.
** Obama to Latino supporters: Punish your enemies.
** Obama to democrats: Im itching for a fight.
If the media really wants to improve the caustic political climate they may want to start at the White House.
He probably contributed to the bounty.
I was startled by this interview.
Why didn’t the Pima County Sheriff do something about Jered Loughlen - he must’ve known that Jared had a gun, as his office had to approve the background clearance for its purchase in the first place.
Jared had convictions for drug use — why did the Sheriffs office approve the purchase?
Amy and Randy Loughlen are Jared’s parents. His mother is a county employee. She works for Parks and Recreation in the Natural Resources Department. Is the fact she is a fellow employee of the county play a role in Sheriff Dupnik not pursuing charges against Jared for threatening people?
The question I’m concerned with is this: were the Loughlens cut some slack by the Sheriff’s office because of their politics, maybe they’re Democratic Party activists, or because their son was mentally ill?
Either way, that Sheriff had better lawyer up: he’s going to need that legal help.
Excellent!
You are right about that but he can be pressured to resign. Big people who are most likely cringing at his running his mouth can lean pretty heavy. My moneyis on him wanting to spend more time with his family in the near future.
Da-yum! Someone be in a heap o’trouble.
