Dems Urge Obama to Pin Shooting on Tea Partiers
FoxNews ^ | jan 9, 2010 | FoxNews

The references to the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City in 1995 echoed in other ways. That horror, which killed 168 people including many children, helped then-President Bill Clinton stigmatize extreme anti-government rhetoric and re-energize his presidency at a time when Newt Gingrich and conservative Republicans were riding high in Congress.

One veteran Democratic operative, who blames overheated rhetoric for the shooting, said President Barack Obama should carefully but forcefully do what his predecessor did.

"They need to deftly pin this on the tea partiers," said the Democrat. "Just like the Clinton White House deftly pinned the Oklahoma City bombing on the militia and anti-government people."

Many people attribute West Virginia's then-Governor Joe Manchin's Senate campaign ad ("Dead Aim"), where he shot a rifle bullet through the cap and trade bill, as turning the election around for him.

Pundits heralded the ad as clever and convincing for Manchin. Nobody called it "vitriol."

“That’s it!”, roll up our sleeves, and start “Operation Take Out The Trash”?

Is there a definitive point where ‘enough is enough.?

The TIME is coming, Obama is already toast and he knows it. He needs to lie just like Clinton did during his term to energize his base of traitors, loosers and leaches on our society. We'll all know it when enough is enough.

I don’t think it’s going to be easy to paint this guy as someone who was influenced by the TP. Everything about this guy is antithetical to what the TP stands for and that truth will have to come out. This guy was a godless leftwing lunatic who was consumed by the darkness and evil that now characterizes the left.

The facts are on our side. Trying to turn this into a political football is a dangerous gamble.

Its pretty clear that while W did nothing to fight back against the constant attacks of the left, the marxist in chief freeloader currently in the WH and his comrades have encouraged their followers to demonize the GOP and the right constantly, doing everything from giving them the middle finger to sending union goons to assault peaceful protesters.

The result has been a priming of the pump for political violence of an extreme nature.

While the deranged leftist psycho that attacked this harmless wife and stepmother and other innocents for no apparent reason does not appear to be influenced by this rhetoric, there are thousands out there ready to go if another attack comes.

Therefore, it is imperative that the marxist in chief IMMEDIATELY state that the Tea Party, Palin, Limbaugh, Beck, GOP etc had NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS and get the imbeciles that follow the marxist banner in check.

His failure to do so as of yet is hardly surprising, but the GOP “leadership” ought to be insisting behind the scenes that he do so rather quickly, before all hell really breaks loose.

The marxist in chief has a chance to lead and unite or continue to divide and encourage his supporters to violence.

The silence and insinuations that the right has something to do with this is completely unacceptable behavior from a POTUS.

As I stated in another thread, it is time for all the TEA Party organizations to band together in a class action lawsuit against this defamation. This is a blood libel, and we MUST action against it immediately. We CANNOT allow this to go any further.

“I decided to visit Daily Kos to see what kind of vitriol and what kind of spin they are putting on yesterday’s tragic events. I expected to see something slamming conservatives, ...Instead, their home page is devoid of any editorials about the entire incident. “

I don’t know what you are talking about — I never go to DK, but after your post I did and it is full of posts blaming Republicans.

“The attack was carried out by an assault-weapon wielding assassin of a currently unknown political stripe. In your heart, though, you know this gunman is from the right, whose messages he heard, and whose words his actions are a response to. The writing on the wall is now stained in blood.”

Dems are indeed beyond pathetic! They are fully aware that this tragic attack had absolutely nothing to do with Republicans or Tea Party or politics in any sense. It was a delusional, psychotic schizophrenic who perpetrated this massacre. But Dems want freedom of speech for themselves and everyone else shut up! During Bush's tenure, I clearly remember demonstrations in the great city of San Fransicko where protesters paraded with images of President Bush's bloody head on a pike! Now that should have occasioned at least a visit from the Secret Service - advocating the assassination of a sitting President.

Is anyone here really surprised that Democrats would attempt to manipulate a fatal shooting and serious injuries for perceived political gain? These are Democrats, people. Lying is their native tongue and their cynicism knows no bounds. None.

Fortunately, Obama and the 111th Democrat-led congress so abused the American people that this time the game of 'blame the right' for a lone gunman's insane actions won't play quite as well as it did back in 1994. It wasn't just 'the right' loudly protesting ObamaCare and the rest of the radical Democrat agenda, it was millions of 'average' Americans. Blaming Sarah Palin and the Tea Party for this atrocity is drearily predictable but won't fly with most Americans.

The left vilified President Bush, including films depicting Bush being assassinated and "Kill Bush" T-shirts sold on the internet. The vilist attacks are always from the left (ask Sarah Palin) and most of the 'political' violence and angry rhetoric comes from the left...and everybody knows it. The unending hate-fest against Sarah Palin - a private citizen - is inescapable, as is the political left's vituperation toward the Tea Party - average Americans who are alarmed by the radical Obama and the massive debt he's run up as well as the clearly totalitarian path he's on.

Please, lefties, don't try to sell us on the alleged 'violence' of the 'right' when you're just projecting your own hatred for anyone that isn't in lockstep with the leftist agenda. Examples abound - and we all know it - so if you want to play the 'blame game', it's on - and you lose.

Not surprised dems are poised to take poltical advantage of this ‘crisis’.

It is hardly a crisis. It was a terrible shooting event. It is not a national crisis. It should not have stopped the work of the House the whole upcoming week.

I am sorry I still don’t think this wasn’t something other than what we’re being told it was. This stinks too bad. Boehner caving and bending over. I still say there’s some kind of false flag “this is not what it seems” thing here. It smells manufactured.

GOP = Genteel Old Party.

They are afraid to get their hands ‘dirty’ and afraid of the revenge that may follow when they’re in the minority again. Besides, a gentleman does not reach across the aisle with dirty hands.

"If Latinos sit out the election instead of saying, 'We're going to punish our enemies and we're gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us,' if they don't see that kind of upsurge in voting in this election, then I think it's going to be harder and that's why I think it's so important that people focus on voting on November 2."-Barack Obama

If you oppose border control and amnesty for immigration lawbreakers, you are an "ENEMY". The president says so.

Pathetic wide eyed subhumans crouched in a corner behind the door wringing thier hands in utter excitement, sweating and giggling uncontrollably at the news of this shooting, hoping some how that this was caused by a teapartier, a veteran, a white militia terrorist christan right wingnut. But once again we find an ultra liberal progressive, marxist, socialist kook who suffers from the cancer they all have, brain damage

I finally found how I want to describe it.

It is a “Goldstein” moment. Reference is to “1984”.
