Google is just showing you what other people have been searching for - it's to help you avoid typing in more words if you intend to enter a common search term.

The only way to avoid this is if Google used political criteria to filter their auto-completion suggestions. No one should want that - believe me, it would bite conservatives in the butt early and often.
