What rubbish our news organizations are. Both CNN and Fox "confirmed"that she died, MSNBC said she was still alive. Then CNN comes back on and says they're "confirming" if she in fact did die. Fox still reporting she died, preferring to spend their time talking about how she caused her party problems (I'm assuming she was more moderate) rather than getting their story straight. Just rubbish all of them.

Democrat Gabrielle Giffords cruised to victory Tuesday over Republican Randy Graf in the state’s 8th Congressional District, capturing approximately 54 percent of the vote to Graf’s 42 percent.
