The Daley Obama is considering is William, brother of current mayor Richard M. Daley. It was Mayor Daley who praised Bill Ayers for the "wonderful" job he is doing (ie, instructing teachers how to pass on to kids revolutionary communist ideology). He didn't say it that way of course, but that IS precisely what Ayers is doing as a university professor.
