That is really good. I have an idea. All media will be classified as hard news, or commentary. Each media outlet will be required to label each program. Failure to do so or misleading the public will result in loss of license.
If they do this, then they cannot get away with ruling by judicial fiat with the media covering for them. The people wouldn’t allow it.
Well, except you do not have to have a license to write an article or publish a newspaper. And it should never be so.
