Because I believe in something called “being realistic.” There’s not a snowball’s chance that any federal appeals court or the SCOTUS would ever apply Vattel’s definition of NBC to the issue in controversy. Those who think otherwise are tilting at windmills — a practice in which I’m unwilling to join.

Because it's been proven that the Founders did indeed use Vattels, WRITTEN IN FRENCH, when they wrote the Constitution. Not been keeping up on the research? Go throw rocks somewhere else. I don't debate proven points.

Quite frankly, I’ll be happy to acknowledge that Obama was born in Hawaii once it’s documented. But I find the veil of secrecy over not only his birth certificate, but all sorts of documents we’ve seen from other recent Presidents—college transcripts, school records, health records and the like—very disturbing.
And, it would be very good for the rule of law and the restoration of Constitutional order for SCOTUS to rule on whether “natural born citizen” in the context of the requirements for POTUS is to be understood in light of Vattel or in light of Blackstone. If the former, bounce the usurper out of office, if the latter, well Abercrombie better be right about the location on the birth certificate, or the same course of action follows. The precedents you cite in other contexts suggest application of stare decisis would yield a ruling for Vattel’s definition.
The foreign national parent problem has been and will continue to be spun away and/or ignored. Maybe it might have worked before the election but as valid as the point is it's not going anywhere.
If one is able to put their political affiliation aside and look dispassionately at the facts as we know them, it’s obvious that obama does not meet the Constitutional requirements for the office.
Simply being ineligible to hold office and being removed may be the least of Obama’s problems. He may have committed treason.

There is no doubt that there are at least 5 votes against BO on the Natural Born Citizen issue on SCOTUS presently. I could even envision Justice Ginsberg voting against BO, but she is in poor health, so a case needs to be brought before SCOTUS immediately on a Motion for Original Jurisdiction.

Having sat in the pews of United Trinity Church and listening to the hate being directed at “White” America and Jews, you can only imagine he is all about redressing grievances of specific groups despite the pain and suffering it would unleash on society as a whole.
Why would someone knowing that he is not eligible to hold office may an attempt to do so. To intentionally put us into a Constitutional crisis and be the genesis for another Civil War.

As Glenn Beck says, you have to think outside the box. You have to think like revolutionaries do. In one of Beck’s Shows he shows how George Soros has successfully used 5 steps to overthrow governments (has successfully done it to 4 countries). He has already achieved 4 of the steps thus far; what is left to be done is an “election crisis”. How nice that our popularly elected president is not eligible to hold office. Now try to remove him, kind of like removing a band-aid from a pussy scab.
