I can guess what this means, but if you have a handy defintion for me, I’d appreciate it.

A concern troll is someone who ostensibly supports the program but has a few “concerns.” IOW, “I like Sarah but ...” and fill in the remainder with whatever the accusation is. Today it is “is she electable”, another time it is “she quit as governor” and on it goes.
