We should all carefully consider the consequences of this move by the 0bama Regime. At this point, under these terms 0bama has become not the President...but a dictator. Actions like this, on this scale, against the will of the duly elected representatives of ...WE the People dangerously invalidates the ballot box.
The issuing of Rules and Regulations without the consent of the governed is...treason in office?
The idea was that our founders never anticipated the cause and effect of a two party system and it's influence on the breach of power balance between the legislative and executive branches. It was a very good point.
Instead of debating legislative issues among legislators, they get triangulated by an executive branch which spends it's time bribing one of the parties to gain it's favor.
The more interesting point was that the argument was tilting toward the tea party being a healthy shift in that problem. This was admitted by the president of the law school where the debate was taking place. She claimed that both parties need to be fractured from house leadership and that the public needs to hold their legislators to do their business, not some "power hungry corrupt kook" from one district in one state.
No more careful consideration. Do what Churchill did: fight, fight, fight.
