Before the President makes a fool out of himself yet again, someone should tell him what Genesis 4:9 is about. And it has nothing to do with welfare.

He is a fool. And I think he knows exactly what he is doing. The passage is about the first recorded murder (or, at least, first fratricide):

Genesis 4:9 (New International Version, ©2010 ...)

Then the LORD said to Cain, “Where is your brother Abel?” “I don't know,” he replied. “Am I my brother's keeper?

The passage matches Øbozo's style very well...
