You know, my grandfather came to America as an immigrant, and he didn't get ANY government food. And he ended up in Chicago, not Phoenix, so I bet he got a lot colder.

My grand grandparents ended up in Milwaukee. They needed to get sponsorship from my grand grandmother’s brother before they could enter the country.
