Tea Party Express is going to have a Presidential Debate branded The CNN-Tea Party Express Debate -- Labor Day week 2011 in Tampa, FL, the site of the Republican Convention in 2012.
And it will be broadcast live over cable station CNN.
It most likely will be on a College campus.
TPX will distribute the tickets to Tea Party people.
There will be a moderator from CNN who will recoginze the questioneers so they can ask their questions of the Candidates.
I had a conversation with a stratigist from Tea Party Express the other day, and revieved a lot of information.
"This is an important recognition that the Tea Party movement is real, and it opens up a whole new audience of people that will be receptive to our message. We have to grow the movement beyond Fox to make it a true majority of Americans behind the tea party banner".More information will be supplied on this thread.

What a great looking president she is going to be ...
:)
If you substitute government for media, you get the same message.
No. This is a TPX event, not a GOP event. No leftists that I’m aware of in the TPX.
Yup.
No and hell no. First we are sold out by McConnel and current republicans in the senate and now this phony org called TPX is setting our people up for failure.
Yup
I for one will NEVER watch cnn.
OK.
It's not for you anyway, it's so it can get out to the millions of people who are held captive in airports, bars, hotels, hospitals by the deal that CNN cut to be the only station (or in some cases the only news/political one except msnbc) available.
You know, middle America.
Thanks for you input, I wanted to get that info out on this thread.
I didn't know Kenya even had a golf course.
I'll have to put it on my vacation list now.
And I suggest you boycott FR. FR will be a grateful participant at this event. I’ve toured across country several times with the TPX. Great people!!
She has to run! I have news...yesterday Bristol paid cash ($172K) for a 5 bdrm. house in Maricopa County, AZ.! Seems like the acquisition will make it more convenient for her Mom to campaign, yes?
Yes, yes, an honor to host a hospitality room or event for Sarah Palin. I can barely wait!
LOL that too!
A much better word than my thypo.
You Betcha!
straight from the Limbaugh Institoot for advanced fonetiks
I hear you jim, I just don’t trust cnn, hell I don’t know what cable channel it is on.
I would have liked fox better for the early debates.
TEA PARTY EXPRESS co-hosting the Republican Presidential Debate during Labor Day Week!! THIS IS THE BIG TIME! WOO-HOO FOR TPX!
Well jim said okay so I’m okay.
But at the same time there’s a saying from back in the day, “go with who brought you to the dance.”
Just saying.
Jim I trust what you say about this, my concern is cnn. It has never worked out having the leftist media host our events. If we are the moderators and cnn doesn’t load the rooms with leftists, we will be okay I hope.
I just used your post for an excuse to post the pictures!
Glad to see you are being involved in this, way cool girl!
I forgot to ping Jim, but I'm sure he saw the pics.
This is CNN, baby, and we’re on it. Kinda like getting our pictures on the cover of the Rolling Stone!
Conservatism on CNN! How cool is that?!!
Hope we don’t break their cameras.
See what these candidates are made of and how they handle it.
go with who brought you to the dance.
If you mean Fox News, they are dancing with Rove, Gingrich, J. Williams, Colmes etc.
I think this will work our real well, thanks for your input!
Oh, I get it. TPE is a private organization, and not the actual grassroot Tea Party people. Its management decides on its own, without “consultation” first? Maybe I’m wrong. But who cares?
I’ll remember that. Sorry.
To myself: It’s really better for grassroot people like me to remain not affiliated with any so-called TP org.
