All you Brown for President people owe FR and conservatives an apology... Maybe we'll see a mea culpa here and there. I never did understand the infatuation with the guy, given that few of us knew his record or history, at the time.
I was very happy to see him whoop the tar out of the Commie, Martha Coakley, but "Scott Brown for president"? I don't think so.

I was too. I was also happy to see liberals here in Mass. and around the country go berserk when "Teddy's Seat" went to a Republican (at least that's how he billed himself).
Any goodwill those events bought Scott Brown has long been spent. He is trying to court independents (half of the registered voters here are unenrolled), and by trying to straddle the middle of the road he is going to share the same fate of most critters who do that: he will be roadkill, election-wise.
