Wish you could ZOT the so-called Republicans who voted to repeal DADT. Am I the only one who remembers all the threads a year ago when we were being assured that Scott Brown was a genuine "conservative"? In fact, I distinctly recall reading that he was downright "presidential."

You recall correctly. You know, usually I think that Mike Savage guy on the radio is kind of a kook, BUT, I've got to give him credit; He saw through Brown from the word go.

Grab the popcorn. This thread will go into FReeper legend, like the Guiliani-zot thread.

Must admit, that deep in my heart I figured he'd show his true colors. He and the other RINO's have done just that.
This is a case of being careful what you wish for because it may come true. In my case, it'll NEVER happen again.

I didn't know a whole lot about Scott Brown at the time, and was glad that anyone who called themselves a Republican was giving a serious challenge to the slimy lib, Martha Coakley, but when folks started saying, "Scott Brown for president!", I just about lost it.
I see the same thing happening now with John Bolton and Herman Cain. I just wish folks would check their enthusiasm until they've actually vetted a politician enough to know who they really are. As time has shown, Scott Brown is no conservative. That should be a strong lesson for our side.

Most on FR recognized that Scott Brown was not a conservative, but AS conservative as one could expect from Massachusetts.
