I am basing this on THE CONSTITUTION. There is nothing in THE CONSTITUTION to support a ban of homosexuals in the military. Furthermore, the 14th amendment affords equal protection to ALL.

When those guys wrote that amendment after the civil war, I don’t think they were considering deviant indivduals of all kinds to be in there.

There is where you screwed up Hot Dog.

There is absolutely NOTHING in the Constitution that grants special rights or treatment, based on Sexual orientation.

It is basically just a perversion, not a birth right. The Supreme court cannot rule or change the Constitution, but they did attempt to interpret that somewhere, there has to be the term “Sexual Orientation” in there that imposes a right or, directly relates it to race or national orientation somehow.

Of course, we all know that this complete BS. Except maybe you.

Let me fill you in, you give up your Constitutional rights when you are sworn into the military. People that can be ordered to go on virtual suicides missions can't have rights. Get it. The have the right to say aye aye and go up the hill.

Oh yes their is. The United States Armed Forces basically enjoys NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS. If you think I'm making this up I'm not. The United States Military is under the Uniformed Code of Military Justice which has it's on laws and codes. These laws and codes are set by congress.

A soldier who let's say robs a store and is put away 5-10 for armed robbery can get that and more afterward by the military for that exact same crime. He can even be charged for desertion while in a civilian prison.

The UCMJ is not a touchy feely PC set or rules and laws designed to make you happy. They are written for the best interest of the United States Armed Forces and our National Defense. Your rights under the Constitution do not in effect exist while you are a member of the armed forces.

there is nothing in the constitution which say homosexuals should be serving and if you think the founding fathers wanted homosexuality in the military or them to married then you must be high as a kite

does it give rights to sex with animals, having 9 wives, incest?

You’ve never served, have no clue about how it works and yet you then say the constitution says they can serve because the amendment says protection for all.
Well with your view then it gives protection to everything.

You know damn well that if the founding fathers though homosexuals were going to run around rampant they would have wrote about marriage, military etc banning them.

They’re rolling in their graves and for you to say you are not pushing the queer agenda is dishonest and you know that too.

I’m surprised Jim has not banned you bu then again maybe it is because he as we all do think you have no argument to your agenda on here and that you’re embarrassing yourself by repeating the same old lefts comments.
