All of the cases that you mention were filed after Obama’s name was certified on the ballot. They sued the SOS for failing to do her job. The damage was done at that point.

No forward progress in an investigation of Boyd Richie, Chair of the TDP. No grand jury duty notices as of yet.

The federal judiciary should still have jurisdiction in the cases that have come up. SCOTUS could have heard any of them on the merits.

Where’s that quote from one of the Founding Fathers saying that a court or judge refusing to hear a critical case is just as bad as ruling wrongly? I can’t believe that a conservative justice would either joke or boast about “evading” such a critical issue which has so much of the nation in turmoil. I can’t help but have a gut-level feeling that SCOTUS is compromised by some kind of threat.

What do you think is holding up progress on a Boyd Richie investigation?
