Barry Soetoro wouldn’t even have to offer up his evidence to anybody, and I would still be THRILLED to present my evidence to an investigating body. I have given up so much time that should have been for my family, in order to have this evidence just so that somebody with legal authority to get to the bottom of all this would actually do something about it. I can’t get ANYBODY to do anything about it.
I started this research in a quest to get some peace of mind. I expected the HDOH to obey the law and corroborate the statements they made where they seemed to say they had valid documentation for Obama. It was when I found just how badly they were breaking the laws in order to not have to corroborate, or even to actually legally say anything that they could be pinned down to, that this became a battle for the soul of the country.
Because at that point I realized that this isn’t a side issue. This is the tip of the iceberg that alerts me to something deadly lying just below the surface: utter lawlessness within all our infrastructure.
In January I was saying that the eligibility issue is really about the rule of law. In the months since then we’ve watched government, media, law enforcement, and the courts ALL run roughshod over the rule of law in every area of life, in everything they touch. I believe that lots of the Tea Party steam was a result of the lawlessness that we’re ALL seeing now, and just now beginning to publicly acknowledge.
The media and Obots can continue to “tee hee” about this particular issue, but the American public is increasingly waking up to the reality that we have corrupt systems that are totally out of control. Unless we FORCE the rule of law on the people who are supposedly being paid to make and enforce the laws, we will have no rule of law at all.
So yes, I would ABSOLUTELY LOVE to present this evidence to somebody who can legally do something about it - if only someone - ANYONE among them - would have the courage to listen.
Unfortunately, what Lakin found from a Congressman and high-level staffers is true of EVERYBODY in a position of power: the media ridicules so they drop it. Selling out America for the sake of Katie Couric liking them. Disgusting.

Barry is under NO obligation to present any evidence to anybody. He won the election; he had Vice President Cheney count and certify his Electoral College votes without objection from any of 535 members of Congress who were at the certification ceremony and he was sworn in as the 44th President of the United States by Chief Justice John Roberts.
The (former) Governor of Hawaii Linda Lingle, a Republican, the Attorney General of Hawaii, Mark Bennett a Republican, the Director of Health of Hawaii, Dr. Chiyome Fukino who was appointed by the Republican governor and the Registrar of Vital Statistics of Hawaii, Dr. Alvin Onaka have all gone on the record corroborating that Barack Hussein Obama was born in the city of Honolulu, in the County of Honolulu, on the Island of Oahu, in the state of Hawai’i, in the United States of America at 7:24 p.m., on Friday, August 4, 1961.
Now that Barry’s best friend, Neil Abercrombie is the new Governor of Hawai’i, I’m sure they’ll print up a long form birth certificate for him if it is ever really needed.
Thus far, those written and verbal corroborations mentioned above have been good enough.
Here’s what Dr. Fukino testified to, under oath, when she was before the Hawai’i Senate’s Committee on the Judiciary and Government Operations: “For more than a year, the Department of Health has continued to receive approximately 50 e-mail inquiries a month seeking access to President Barack Obama’s birth certificate in spite of the fact that President Obama has posted a copy of the certificate on his former campaign website.”
