The signal fades out in areas around here and we don’t get Verizon cell signals either.

But other cell phones work fine.

The wi fi signal is great and I was amazed at that.

Our old webtv died and msntv died too so we brought in the new Logitech Revue and it does not work with dial up so we had to upgrade through our Charter cable company to broadband which is like making the square wheel round. : )

I only saw the highlights but the refs thought it was 3rd down when the down markers and scoreboard correctly indicated 4th. The booth could have called for a review since it was inside 2 minutes, but chose not to and Washington was given an extra play to run, which resulted in the TD.

Then there was the 5th down the Skins were given

I rewound the DVR 5 times to see what happened. Not till I listened after the game and found out they got a first down the previous series when they got to the 3 yard line. It wasn't 2nd and 1 it was first and goal. The imaginary yellow line screwed up the announcers.

And may I remind you not to whine about snow what happened here TWICE last year?

BJ Clinton was defending the Bush tax rates instead of asking W to defend them all the while 0bamadinejad wants the Clinton tax rates.

I like this from the Judge:

"He said his survey of case law “yielded no reported decisions from any federal appellate courts extending the Commerce Clause or General Welfare Clause to encompass regulation of a person’s decision not to purchase a product"

As you know, the commerce clause was enacted to make sure that the States engaged in free and fair trade. The legal theory that it is Constitutional to require individual citizens to engage in Interstate Commerce is preposterous.

An argument the libs bring up is that the States require you to buy insurance when you buy a car. True. But the States don't require you to buy a car. And if you don't buy a car, you don't have to buy car insurance. And what the States require of the citizens within the States does not amount to interstate commerce.

Judge Rules Pro-Abortion ObamaCare Law Unconstitutional
