Unless I’m missing something, someone maliciously maligned WND. Tigerseye is all over this. I don’t buy this as being a WND hoax, and I don’t see commercial jets fly in corkscrew patterns. Missiles DO:

Where’s the fabrication?
Very confusing and vague.
Not only is the contrail spiralling [and I don’t mean tight ringlets] unlike a commercial jet, but it starts off wide and rapidly narrows. Commercial jet contrails don’t normally do that, do they?

I don’t know how a reasonable person could be confused about what I posted. Anyway, at 53 seconds of the video, we can see the wingtip vorticies doing their thing to the contrail. In an earlier thread, I explained that in order for the navigation system in guided missiles to function properly and operate the fin control surfaces correctly, the missile CAN’T be spinning.
Just to add, a missile may have small control rockets instead of control fins, but either way, the platform being controlled can’t be spinning.
Commercial jets are fairly uniform. Are all the world’s missiles uniform?

Thanks for the great post! There’s even old NACA (yes, NACA) footage of aircraft of all kinds coming in for landings through red smoke creating just the sort of vortices your graph shows.
That looks normal, especially in comparison to the one Rick Warren showed. Others also have made an issue of the distinct spiral.
Since the missile doesn't spin, how would it produce a 'spiral'. I have seen many missile shots and none 'spiral'.
I’ll be as crystal clear as you were initially. If you are well intended, I apologise. But frankly, I run into people who try to push BS on this forum all the time and noticed patterns. All of them hate WND with a white hot passion. Then I find out that some of them brag outside the forum about all the confusion they spread.
I don’t load videos. I don’t even like loading images. Pain in the neck reformatting my browser. But when someone claims a patriotic and religious place like WND is fabricating a hoax and doesn’t back it up [so far as I can see], I do spend a little more time on the subject. Yeah, I know Farah is a little squirrely, but fabrication?
