Something serious is up this evening, according to my cousin, an insider at the DNC in DC (sent me a text.) Joe Biden might be the next POTUS by Monday evening.

So, did your cousin only say that "something serious is up this evening...", or did he also add in the part about Joe Biden being "president by Monday evening"?

Either way, it's a very intriguing statement.
