I don't think there is anything wrong with that view. That may be what Joe Farrah (WND) thinks--he certainly thought the country had a better chance with Obama than McCain.
On the other hand, we need also to recognize this. The reason we all hate Nancy here is because she is so effective at pursuing a domestic agenda that is the antithesis of what we believe. However over the next two years; perhaps as long as four or six years, the primary contest is likely to be international policy as it affects America.
Nancy is a thug but she is also one of the most effective politicians in the US.
If external events do not overcome us over the next two years, I think we are likely to get a Republican that will be the complete package. But between now and January 2013, the country is exposed to events that might well end the republic.
