I talked to a relative from the Deep South the other day. He was about frozen to death. It was 40 degrees.

I remember being @ Disney World one time when it hit the 50s during the day. People looked dressed for Vail or something. They even had ski masks on.

I was in Texas in April once. The temperature was in the 40s and you would have thought people there were freezing to death.
