As I understand the motive of LCdr Larkin he meant to determine if the order for him to deploy was a LAWFUL order. If, in fact, Obama is not a lawful president then all orders he gives as commander-in-chief are not lawful. UCMJ does not require any service member to follow an unlawful order. In fact it requires them to not obey unlawful orders.

Larkin apparently believes Obama’s presidency to be less than legal. Many others also wonder.

I don't believe Obama is eligible to be president. However, I think by our laws that he is lawfully elected president as the electoral college and Congress certified him. I was cheering Lakin at first but now I feel that he has thrown everything away unnecessarily.

Do you feel the same when a soldier dies on the battlefield or a police officer or fireman dies protecting the innocent?

LTC Larkin is incredibly brave, honorable and patriotic. He doubt he ever expected to win this battle. He knew and knows that he is just a soldier attacking the enemy lines to protect our Constitution. It is going to take more reinforcements to break the enemy lines, but what he has done helps to weaken those lines.

Please don't dishonor him by saying he threw away his career unnecessarily. He is doing his duty.

If Obama lied about being a natural born citizen then how could he be lawfully elected?

All this could have easily been resolved with a nod of the head from Obama. It wouldn't have even cost him a dime. Others would have been more than willing to pay the fees and done the paperwork.

His honor is intact. He is holding true to his sworn oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. LTC Lakin is a hero to millions of American Citizens who understand the eligibility issue and the meaning of the term 'natural born citizen' as written into our Constitution.

The requirement of the law for the procedures to count and certify the electoral vote was never met. The Vice President is required to ask if there are any objections to each state’s electoral votes. Dick Cheney did not do that.

There was no LAWFUL certification of Obama as the electoral winner.

And even after being certified as the electoral winner, the President elect can still “fail to qualify” before Jan 20th, according to the 20th Amendment. If that happens the VP elect is to “act as President until a President shall have qualified”.

So it is a very real question as to whether Obama and Biden were even lawfully certified as the electoral winners; if not they never even WERE the President elect and VP elect.

And it is also a very real question as to which of the two (if it is granted that they were lawfully certified as the electoral winners) as to “act as President”, given that we have no way of knowing even Obama’s legal age, since the BC he claims to have is actually not legally valid, since it’s been amended. HOw can Obama have legally “qualified” if there has never been a legal determination of even his age - much less his natural born citizenship?
