If it’s Joe Biden, then the brigade commanders were never properly authorized to issue those deployment orders, because Joe Biden opposed the surge.
And on what grounds did you determine that Colonel Roberts and Lieutenant Colonel Judd lacked the authority to order Lakin to report to his brigade commander's office, or that Colonel McHugh lacked the authority to order Lakin to report for duty with a unit in Kentucky?
