Mitt Romney’s “current” position on the 2A is it’s an individual right, he supports Heller, and he’s a lifelong member of the NRA.
Mike Huckabee’s “current” position on McCain’s Comprehensive Immigration Reform (meaning amnesty) is he’s 100% opposed, and would require nothing short of deportations and the Hunter border fence from CA to TX.
Tim Pawlenty’s “current” position on global warming is that the science is total mess and there is no reason to lift a finger to address it.
Newt Gingrich’s “current” position on cap and trade is outright oppostion.
Rick Perry’s “current” position on illegal aliens is that the federal government needs to do everything it can to seal the border.
See a pattern here?? All are opportunistic flip flops with no acknowledgment from these gentlemen that they were a huge part of the problem they now decry. Hence, we still hammer them without mercy, as we should. I guess Palin gets a free pass for her unexplained flipflops?
You gave me examples that were in the past, not current examples.
He does the same thing to me all the time in these arguments. He will regurgitate every remark that Sarah ever made on McCain's behalf (as his running mate), and try to convince the unwitting that those are her current personal positions.
He's hopelessly worshiping at the 1% alter. It's a religious thing with him. I don't think any of us will ever change his mind.
Notice, too, how easily he throws out slanders like "liar" and "half-wit" to describe a fearless conservative leader who is head and shoulders above most politicians of the modern era.
Look up PDS in the dictionary, and I'm sure you'll see his face right next to the definition.
