I too am angry about the persecution of Col Lakin. I am disturbed by his lawyer stating that he had no defense 11 days before trial. Hopefully, he will fire that lawyer and get a good lawyer for his appeal who will file a motion for Original Jurisdiction with SCOTUS.
This is what makes BO’s WikiLeaks so crucial to his legal removal, because SCOTUS can take a case involving Ambassadors directly without the delays of original action in Federal District Court and appeal to the Court of Appeals.
