Ac and Jamie are guests, Waves of Grey. Jamie asks Jesse why he does not call himself an african american when he is indeed black as the ace of spades. Jesse says its because he was born here. He is NOT from Africa. AC thinks HE is an african american.

THey are off on a tangent, about semantics. Sigh...

Waves of Grey is a site where people can come together and discuss their disagreements.

Now they are off on whether you can be a Christian when AC is thinking physical? THey are all getting headaches! LOL

Jesse stated that it is the woman’s job to carry out the wishes of the man...but he left out that that man needs to be right. Not a small point there as many men use and are so lost themselves and actually are the reason why families are not strong.

I agree with the liberal..yikes! A bit of masoginism from Jesse. I know I will be seen as weak for that comment but that is okay.

They are pretty funny today. Jamie is a crackup! Maybe because he knows AC is going to get the blast about whether he is a true conservative or not...which is what some listeners are complaining about.

They are onto airport scanners, Jamie is not really happy about it but thinks this is not too bad. AC thinks Jamie is immature, and he believes we should do everything possible to keep America safe. Caller says that the government does nothing to protect the borders, and people pour over the border, yet they are detail scanning AMericans.

Waves of grey don't agree they think that we need to scan and grope for our national security...sigh...

Now Jesse is asking them what they think about Tyler Perry crying on the Oprah show...should a man cry to a woman. Jesse says NO WAY!, Jaime totally disagrees and I admire him for not being weak about this. For standing his ground. He just doesn't get it yet, but I like that he is fighting back. AC seems quiet today. He seems to be waffling on this issue.

AC says a woman can go to a woman if she is a woman of God. You have to be qualified. Uh oh, he is really sounding weak today. Jaime says they are misogenistS! LOL Jesse says he had a massage recently. LOL

JEsse asks would Christ go to a woman for counseling? My comment...he wouldn't go to anyone but his father GOD!

Adam just had a seed of pride...but I think it was needed in order for God’s plan of salvation and humans crying to him to play out.

The free will is in the ability to choose God...to cry to God from the darkness. We have that choice as the bible says too. He does not make us choose Him, but makes himself available to us. So it is freedom in that...but as the question is made..free will...of course we are all slaves to darkness until we are saved...to some degree or another. I would write that to them on Jesse’s facebook, but I think he has blocked me...out of tolerance I am sure!

BIBLE GO TO GUY ON NOW!

THe unseen or unheard truth, is the subject today. THe intent of each individual. Christ had something that ADam didn't have. Adam lacked knowledge and desired to be more than what he was, even before Eve ate the apple. Jesse said that Adam had a direct communication with God. BGTG says he did not see a deeply as Jesus did. Jesse asks did Adam have a choice? BGTG says no, he didn't see. JEsse asks did ADam have a free will? BGTG says yes, but not vision to see what he was choosing. Jesse asks do we have free will. BGTG says yes.

BGTG says he used to believe we do not have free will, but now he does. He believes we just cannot see properly.

People who can see don't have a free will...people who can't see have a free will. Weird...

Jesse says dont the people who see that they are doing things they don't want to do, then if they have free will, why don't they do what the right thing?

“People who can see don't have a free will...people who can't see have a free will. Weird...

Jesse says dont the people who see that they are doing things they don't want to do, then if they have free will, why don't they do what the right thing?

Paul says in Romans “If I do what I do not want to do ... then it is sin in me doing it ...

__________________________________________________________

Romans 7 NIV

excerpted ...

“14. We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin.

15. I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do.

16. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good.

17. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me.

18. For I know that good itself does not dwell in me, that is, in my sinful nature.[c] For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out.

19. For I do not do the good I want to do, but the evil I do not want to do—this I keep on doing.

20. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.

21. So I find this law at work: Although I want to do good, evil is right there with me.

22. For in my inner being I delight in God’s law;

23. but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me.

24. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death?

25. Thanks be to God, who delivers me through Jesus Christ our Lord!

So then, I myself in my mind am a slave to God’s law, but in my sinful nature[d] a slave to the law of sin. “
___________________________________________________________

this is called one of the difficult passages of Paul.

God knows ... and God knows our heart. That is the best I know regarding this matter.

There are other verses to consider. Jesus wiped the slate clean when we come to Him. Still we have the nature of man and must be refined into the image of Christ.

Father God help us in our day, in Jesus name, amen.

_________________________________________________________

THERE IT IS ... ADAM COVERTLY WANTED TO BE GOD. NO, IT DOES NOT SAY THAT DIRECTLY, BUT EVERY SINCE ADAM ...EVERY MAN WANTS TO BE GOD TO HIMSELF.

That continues to be the problem. Man does whatever is “RIGHT IN HIS OWN EYES”.

Yes, that is what is going on it looks. I know I am a woman and darned if I don’t want to go my own way, and not a mans. So what do you think of the bible go to guy? He’s a character isn’t he? I like that he can admit, like today, when he was really lost. LOL Because if someone can admit their lost when their lost or in this case travelled down a precarious path...then chances are you can have a real dialogue with them.

"Adam lacked knowledge and desired to be more than what he was, even before Eve ate the apple."

Unlikely.

In the first Adam, the second Adam is prophetically announced and in the second Adam is the first Adam revealed. For the first Adam 'was not the one deceived; it was the woman who was deceived and became a sinner.' In the second Adam, 'God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God'.

Therefore, we can infer that the first Adam knowingly 'became sin(ful)' in an attempt to bring his wife back to God after he saw what she had done. The first Adam certainly knew that his wife had no chance alone in her sin and disobeyed God, joining her and 'becoming sin(ful)' as an act of love toward her and not because he lacked knowledge and desired more for himself. Lacking knowledge and desiring more for herself was the feminine trait exhibited by Eve, not a weakness of Adam.

Husbands still exhibit this trait today. It is common behavior for men to give in to their wives out of love for them even when they know the action their wives desire is wrong.

Understanding this perspective should change attitudes toward Adam and husbands in general.

I can’t agree with you Dan. ( Although I would like to in case you are a chef in the so. Calif area!) That is an excuse. I’ve never heard that one before. How does God feel about Dan being so weak that he joins his wife in sin, instead of saving her?

"How does God feel about Dan being so weak that he joins his wife in sin, instead of saving her?"

Prolly about the same as He feels about Abigail being so stubborn as to insist that her husband set aside his principles and join her in her sin and condemnation.
