- Federal Flat Tax on EVERYONE’s individual income (NO EXCEPTIONS), percentage set at 10%
- State Flat Tax on EVERYONE’s individual income (NO EXCEPTIONS), percentage set at 10%
- City Flat Tax on EVERYONE’s individual income (NO EXCEPTIONS), percentage set at 5%
- Federal Corporate Flat Tax of 5% on profits
- State Corporate Flat Tax of 5% on profits
- City Corporate Flat Tax of 5% on profits
- Reform of Corporate overseas tax sheltering
- Eliminate estate tax
- Eliminate tax on stocks or dividends
- Eliminate Private Foundations
- Substantially reduce Property Tax
- Eliminate sales tax
OR
- Federal Sales Tax of 10% on all purchases
- State Sales Tax of 10% on all purchases
- City Sales Tax 5% on all purchases
- Federal Corporate Flat Tax of 5% on profits
- State Corporate Flat Tax of 5% on profits
