Second, Declare a National Emergency and declare all Fascists/Marxists a "Clear and Present Danger" to the U.S. Constitution, and Government.

Third, Implement "Operation Garden Plot" to "gather and bind" all Fascists and Marxists into the concentration camps under "Operation Garden Plot".

Deport all "threats to our National Government" to the Communist Country(North Korea, China, or Russia) of their choice,
after confiscation of all their possessions to pay off the federal debt
for all that they have "robbed from honest citizens through their Socialists Tax Schemes".
