It was wildly successful, as a redistribution of wealth.

McCaskill knows she's toast in 2012. Watch her disavow EVERYTHING that she previously VOTED FOR and SUPPORTED. She will put as much distance as she can between herself and Obama. Wake up Missourians. Don't let her get away with this!

I hope the Missou GOP is as wildly successful in 2012 as the were this year.
The rats lost every state senate seat outside of the St Louis and Kansas City ares for an over 2/3 GOP edge, with the state house being just shy of 2/3 GOP.

Prime example of why the state should have all its statewide elections not during the Presidential years (which oddly should favor the GOP now, yet somehow doesn’t). With the one single office up during this off-year (Auditor), we bounced the Dem incumbent out. Had Matt Blunt been up this year, it’s unlikely he’d have lost (or quit ahead of time as he did), and we’d probably have swept all those open seats instead of the Dems narrowly capturing nearly all.
