Originally the recording said it was going to be back up within 24 hours so I called back and talked to a human to get a better ball park figure.
Let's face it Centurylink was formerly Embarq, and this weenie little company bought them out and became Centurylink. This guy seemed to have a higher IQ than most of the others I have dealt with, at least he had a clue and was nice and not rattled.
OK. Thanks for the info. I guess my issues were different but it's interesting to see what going on. So far (5 months) I'm happy with centurylink but we shall see what we shall see...
