And indeed, a new Quinnipiac University poll on Monday showed the four of them all huddled between 15 and 19 percent of the vote.

Not that I give Q polls any credence, but that shows that the largest portion of the polled voters don't want any of the four "front runners".

Exactly. When “None of the Above” is the winner it’s time to get a new set of candidates.

What’s with all the retreads?

The ideal GOP candidates need solid (not perfect) conservative credentials, executive experience in office (governor of a large and dynamic state preferred) and business experience if possible.

The truth of the matter is you aren’t electing a person, but their team. Who’ll be on that team and what has the person done with that team?
