Gotta love the comments. Even the 2nd Amendment supporters are clueless there.
Right off the bat the information in tis article is suspect. AK-47's require a federal tax stamp to own and many states deny that right at the state level. Now if they are talking AK based guns then it would be accurate. But there are transferable select-fire AK's (with auto sear) that would require a tax stamp. I think this guy is talking about Class III (full auto) AKs.

"AK-47's require a federal tax stamp to own and many states deny that right at the state level." Only "select fire" AK-47 versions require the tax stamp. You can buy the "semi-auto only" version all day without same. Some states "do" deny their citizens the right to own even those, though.
