Gotta love the comments. Even the 2nd Amendment supporters are clueless there. Right off the bat the information in tis article is suspect. AK-47's require a federal tax stamp to own and many states deny that right at the state level. Now if they are talking AK based guns then it would be accurate. Well, you have a point if you're talking semi-auto AK's like JG Sales sells a ton of at $400. But there are transferable select-fire AK's (with auto sear) that would require a tax stamp. I think this guy is talking about Class III (full auto) AKs.

I'd like to give him the credit of thinking that too, but the article made no mention of select-fire AKs. The only mention was the cute little cutout of the Rifles category with the "AK-47" caption.
