Gotta love the comments. Even the 2nd Amendment supporters are clueless there. Right off the bat the information in tis article is suspect. AK-47's require a federal tax stamp to own and many states deny that right at the state level. Now if they are talking AK based guns then it would be accurate. But places like the Denver post love to make things firearm related sound worse then they are in their effort to destroy the 2nd amendment. But there are transferable select-fire AK's (with auto sear) that would require a tax stamp. I think this guy is talking about Class III (full auto) AKs.

I think this guy is talking about Class III (full auto) AKs. I'd like to give him the credit of thinking that too, but the article made no mention of select-fire AKs. The only mention was the cute little cutout of the Rifles category with the "AK-47" caption.
