How large a segment of the population drive?

Grandma gets pulled over in the mini van going to wal-mart and she “thanks” the nice officer for taking 150 bucks out of her pocket.
I am sick of the non productive elements of society “taking” constantly from the people that work. That includes all you Freeper LEO’s. Wake up!
And another thing... our highways and bridges are overtaxed already, in disrepair (since fake stimulus money did nothing about that), etc. How much more of a burden can our roads take?
I-10 through much of AZ is worse than any 3rd world highway I’ve ever been on. Flying tires, overcrowded loads of illegals, narrow and insufficient lanes, no escape lane, no divider, so on.
