I’ve seen a lot of similar comments and it seems the threat of the example of a paltry $11,000 fine which hasn’t even been adjudicated yet has kept it from occurring. What happened to those who would pledge their fortunes along with their sacred honor to the freedom of their country?

$11,000 to protect my child? I’ll just keep my checkbook and attorney’s number handy.

That shit just don’t fly with me.

That brings up the question: When did TSA ever gain the right to level fines against people?

I was thinking the same thing yesterday as I read about the $11,000 fine.

At what price are we willing to give away our Freedom and our protected Rights?

The timing for these illegal enhanced searches & seizures is critical. Just before the holiday, who wants to be put in jail for the holiday because you felt compelled to demand your Rights & Freedom remain respected going through a security checkpoint? They are counting on your compliance, that your desire to fly is greater than your desire for your Rights. Your desire to see your family THIS holiday is more important to you, than you taking a stand to DEFEND YOUR RIGHTS AND YOUR FAMILIES RIGHTS, to be secure in their persons for another generation.

What are our priorities?
