What will eventually happen is that the US Supreme court will rule that government can treat people however government wants.
This country is governed by the people of the country. We're a Republic. We have more shoulder rifles in civilian hands than they have military. We own this country. We make the rules. Stupid rules sometimes. We fix that.
Make your law. Rule on it. Then try to enforce it. Because we're not buying what you are selling.
