Hey, I’m a Palin backer and I think she could beat Hill or Barry. You’re right about blacks staying home, but otherwise Hill can wrap herself in the experience mantle, has the Ivy degree and upper-middle mannerisms and would likewise be the first female president. Probably most important of all, she’s not Barry and compared to Barry too many people consider her to be moderate. She could get away with positioning herself between Barry and Sarah politically. The lack of enthusiasm among blacks, however, could be a killer.
Trust me. Blacks will accept NO ONE but Obama in 2012, and they won't accept any reasons as to why he won't run. They will stay home in droves, rather than give their votes to another Democrat, unless it's another black Democrat who they fall in love with, starting now.
Fact: Democrats can not win a presidential election without the black vote. If they don't (or can't) run Obama in 2012, the Republican wins.
