"I don’t believe in micro-chips, but a tag is the best way to prevent this from happening, along with insuring that your pets can’t runaway." I'm not a huge fan of chips either; however, there are some animals, particularly those rescued later in life that seem to display a wanderlust that can only be broken over a long time, if ever at all.
