I think that is likely. With Republicans in control of the House, we have people with “standing” who can demand that his eligibility for the job be ascertained. Personally, I don’t think the Democrats will fight this very hard. He’s a liability.
Just heard on the radio that Obama is going to Europe in the next few days (or next week).
