IIRC, the final adoption of the new Kenyan Constitution was scheduled on Obama’s birthday, August 4, 2010 and a provision in the constitution appears to have been placed there specifically to allow Obama to reclaim his Kenyan citizenship at any time...perhaps even to become Prime Minister of Kenya!

Talk about Dreams From My Father! This has created a potential dual-national conflict of interest for the US President that the founders clearly wanted to prevent.

Can you give us a link, please? I couldn't find anything specific but did happen upon this that has Hussein's fingerprints all over it:

Dual Citizenship

A person who is a citizen does not lose citizenship by reason only of acquiring the citizenship of another country.

A person who as a result of acquiring the citizenship of another country ceased to be a Kenyan citizen is entitled, on application, to regain Kenyan citizenship.
