the final adoption of the new Kenyan Constitution was scheduled on Obama’s birthday, August 4, 2010 and a provision in the constitution appears to have been placed there specifically to allow Obama to reclaim his Kenyan citizenship at any time...perhaps even to become Prime Minister of Kenya!

Can you give us a link, please? I couldn't find anything specific but did happen upon this that has Hussein's fingerprints all over it:

Dual Citizenship

A person who is a citizen does not lose citizenship by reason only of acquiring the citizenship of another country.

A person who as a result of acquiring the citizenship of another country ceased to be a Kenyan citizen is entitled, on application, to regain Kenyan citizenship.

Those clauses of the new Kenyan Constitution are what I was referring to...

Obama can return to Kenya at any time to reclaim his citizenship.

By scheduling the final approval of the new constitution on Obama’s birthday the Kenyans appear to me to be extending an open invitation to Obama to show up there after he is “done” in DC.
