Per Alaskan electoral law, a write-in vote can't be counted for anyone, except that person whose name is written on the ballot. Period. End of story. There's nothing in their law that allows for a subjective analysis of a voter's "intent".
If it doesn't exactly spell MURKOWSKI, she can't take the vote. That's how their law is written.
