He has tied in Soros often enough from his FoxNews roost.
Soros purchased considerable PetroBras stock just prior to Obama granting it $2 billion US in loan guarantees. Brazil drills three times deeper than they do in the gulf, and Obama shut those operations down. Still he guaranteed Brazil’s off-shore adventures.
