I grew up in Cocoa Beach and saw lots of launches. That is a solid rocket. Too fast for a liquid rocket or plane. It is heading downrange to the west at a low trajectory. Does not appear to be heading to orbit. You can see the plume and maybe a staging at the end.

The site does say this
“A temporary overflow site for contrailscience.com”

I’ll go out tomorrow night at 4:45 and vid the western sky. You’ll see flying at altitude plenty of contrails from airliners from 10 Angels to 32 Angels. None of them will look like today’s vid.

And wouldn't a test by a foreign power off our coast expose such telemetry? Good point- but we'd need to know a lot of details in the telemetry collection process that might not be publicly available. Namely, are we always watching with automated systems- or do stations need to be manned, equipment powered up and directed correctly, recording equipment set up, and so forth?

You can see the plume and maybe a staging at the end. If it is a commercial jet contrail, then the plume would mean the plane exploded at the end of the tape.

Rather than being from a sub, ( no detection of sound ) could it have been from an installed underground site. Maybe an accidental launch? Enemy pre-positioned ...
Seems a sub would have a difficult time 'getting away' unnoticed after that type of launch.

That is a missile. It is either China or N. Korea or Iran testing Obozo. My guess would be N Korea. They caught Obama with his pants on the ground. Could be from a surfaced sub or a ship. NK did torpedo a destroyer and Obama took a powder. They are letting him know they can first strike us. Obama will probably claim it is a weather balloon and his MSM puppets will go along. We gotta get that chump out of there before we all get killed.
To: tired1
even if it was a missile fired from a ship unfriendly to the USA not to worry .. Obama said we can absorb another terrorist attack.

From what I understand, launching from a sub has unique problems ... Some of the original ideas underpinning sub launches came from circus acts - shooting a man out of a cannon. Doesn’t matter how much thrust you have on land - the ground’s not gonna give - but a sub is different...

I have to admit, I’ve never seen a missile launch. Have seen the shuttle streak across the TX sky twice as it was coming in, and seen it launch (from Delray Beach, so far far away) and that’s all. So, I have to rely on you folks who know. But it sure doesn’t look like anything I’ve ever seen an airplane do, and I grew up on military bases.

I have seen enough launches to know what it is. It is a solid fuel rocket. 100%.

Shep on Fox News, just said the Pentagon asked teams to go back and count all of their missiles, just in case.

Just how much are the Chicoms invested in their own economy and just how much is it from foreign companies ( i.e. US companies ) ?
Cause the enemy to invest so much in something, then pull the carpet from under them.
How long has it been that the US has been trying to get the Chicoms from pegging their currency from the US dollar ?
Would it be beyond the realm of possibility that the US in a plan let the Chicoms let foreign interest invest so much in their economy, and let the Chicoms invest so much of their own resources that ? at the right time ? pull the carpet from under them ?
Maybe ? it was a demonstration to the Chicoms that no matter how much technology they have stolen from the USA and how modern and powerful their military is, and no matter how much money we have borrowed from them that the USA still has the goods and technology ( technology that they don't know about ) to force them to say uncle ?
The old saying goes,
you owe the bank $ 100,000 , then you got a problem,
but ? if you owe the bank $ 100,000,000,000 then ? the bank has a problem.
Yeah, the Chicoms can stop buying our bonds and crash the US economy, but, so goes the whole world too including the Chinese economy, who is going to buy their goods then ?
In spite of who are president is, maybe the USA is saying to the Chicoms with this missile demonstration " BITE ME " ....

I heard that. Don’t know whether to laugh or to cry.

The sub that sank the Korean Destroyer got away and Obama did nothing. He is covering this up. We are at severe risk. Obama is canceling his trip and heading home to manage the coverup.
To: screaminsunshine
I agree. Just putting the lie to the jet contrail theories.

I was wavering and started to buy into the contrail theory. No more. That video clearly shows a missile launch.
