Had that been a sub launched nuke aimed at Los Angeles, it would have hit the mark while the parties that should have been dealing with the sub were asleep at the switch. Incompetence. While everyone is watching the video, there is time load up another and launch...perhaps at a land based target instead taking a flight over the water.
