Yes, judges CAN be removed. The HOUSE of REPRESENTATIVES can IMPEACH a judge.
The SENATE of the UNITED STATES then has the duty to have a TRIAL for any impeached official.
Look, the Constitution does not provide for Sharia Law, and more importantly it does not provide for JUDGES ignoring the 10th Amendment of the United States. This judge has PLAINLY ignored that part of our national charter.
