Theyre the leading contenders for now for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012, and, perhaps not surprisingly, theyre the best liked of 14 top party players among likely GOP primary voters.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey of those voters finds that 82% have a favorable opinion of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, the partys vice presidential nominee in 2008, while just 17% view her unfavorably. That includes 50% with a Very Favorable opinion and eight percent (8%) with a Very Unfavorable one.

I see an Ass riding an Ass. Now that’s the ticket. LOL
Surprised to read this high number...
We WILL NOT allow our next Presidential nominee to be chosen for us (and shoved down our throats) by the country club republicans and the LSM like in 2008.
NEVER AGAIN!!!
The Indy and Moderate numbers don’t jive.
YOu know why?
Speaking of which (presidency), does anybody believe that Hillary said she’s done with running for it?
Right, Jindal’s stock had fallen quite a bit. A shame, he showed some potential early on.
“His parents were not born here.”
Doesn’t matter!
The relevant issue is whether or not they were citizens.
They were Indian citizens, here in the US on student visas, and had no aliegence to the US when Bobby was born.......
I’m afraid we’ll have to wait for the next generation of Jindals (Bobby’s Children) before we can see one as a viable/eligible Presidential Candidate.
Welcome neighbor. I love your beautiful country and I cry for her and pray for a Canadian Tea Party to take her back from the despots.
Thanks for the local info. Not being a local, I will of course defer to your knowledge.
If true, then all the little children born to Mexican parents on this side of the border are not citizens either. Hmmmm?
“Obama was an unknown and look how far he got in 2 years”
You’re cruel, comparing Rubio to Obama!
Look at how far Obama got and then how far he has brought us down!
I’m somewhat wary of legislators becoming chief executives anyway.... and thats what both Obama and Rubio are.
Granted Rubio has a much more palatable political view being a Conservative....but I’d like to see a little Exec experience before I jump into that pool.....
All good candidates except Bobby Jindal. He is not a natural born citizen. His mother was only 5 mos in this country when he was born. He is not eligible to run for President. Lets remember Mike Pence and Tim Pawlenty as good possible candidates also.
Thank you thank you my friend. I used to dream of a Canadian party dedicated to individual freedom too, but I gave up about twenty years ago. I’ll settle for our neighbor to the south getting it’s head out of it’s arse and serving as a shining example of freedom once again.
Ok, do tell... he does not qualify under the 14th amendment???
Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee are mayonnaise sandwiches on white bread.
MILQUETOAST....PABLUM...PLAIN OATMEAL.
Don’t “give” us another McCain......DON’T.
(Sarah’s the one with gonads.)
It is the very favorables who will determine the GOP nominee.
She's a tough, courageous, pro-life, Constitutionalist. Run Sarah, run!
Hehehehe... I want Alan to be the press secretary. Can you imagine?
That’s a great photograph, for some reason I’ve never seen it before.
Thanks for posting it.
Keyes ran for president in 3 different parties in 2008, I don’t think that we will ever see him win an election, and he will never be a president, last time (2008) he got less than 48,000 votes.
