Republicans are concerned that Obama and his minions might conspire to collude to delete key files and shred govt documents needed for congressional probes. House Republicans will likely formally ask the admin to refrain from shredding or erasing documents, files and records.

Taxpayers demand a hold on all WH documents to determine whether crimes were committed:

(a) stealing and conveying (or destroying) official govt records nets 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

(b) committing a computer crime is Computer Trespass--a class C felony if the violation involves a computer or database maintained by a government agency.

(c) falsified govt documents may have violated RICO laws by generating fraudulent documents to extort taxpayers and steal govt monies.

The magnitude of trillion dollar federal bailouts, TARP, etc, could have facilitated illegal transfers of govt money---wire-transfers offshore, and the like.

Taxpayers demand to see (1) cell phone records, (2) emails, (3) US govt mail, (4) tax returns, and, (5) banking records of all govt personnel connected with bailouts.

Crimes could constitute fraud, embezzlement, conspiracy and concealment, and criminal civil rights violations. Additionally, if a felony was committed, it is also possible that other federal offenses have also been committed, including, but not limited to;

Title 18 U.S.C. §1341, Mail Fraud,

18 U.S.C.§1001, Presenting a False Document to (or by) the an Agent of the United States Government;

18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents and other possible offenses including civiland/or criminal RICO violations.

18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (False Statements to (or by) Agents of the US Government),

18 U.S.C. §1341 (Mail Fraud),18 U.S.C. §1027 (ERISAViolations), and,

18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracy Against Civil Rights).

Lamar Smith (R-TX) has grilled AG Eric Holder over immigration enforcement including Holder's comments on the Arizona immigration law -- as well as for his handling of terrorism trials in civilian court, and his failed attempts to close Guantanamo Bay.

STROLL DOWN MEMORY LANE One of Holder's first perverse acts when Ohaha anointed him AG, was to label the US a “nation of cowards” for avoiding frank conversations on race.....with Ohaha's full approval. Holder is also notorious for failing to follow DOJ procedures when he colluded w/ then- Pres Clinton to pardon tax cheat Marc Rich.

His job description does not include, and in many ways specifically forbids any overtly political action. But Obama's A.G. Holder mixes politics with a new low of imbecility not seen in the office. As Mark Steyn points out: Major Nidal Malik Hasan jumped on a table and gunned down his comrades while screaming, "Allahu Akbar," which Holder says is Arabic for "nothing to see here"...... The Times Square bomber, was upset by foreclosure proceedings on his house. Mortgage-related issues-----nothing to do with months of training at a Taliban camp in Waziristan.

Interesting that Holder can't see the hand of "radical Islam" in attacks on American soil but jumped to the conclusion that the Arizona immigration law might lead to "racial profiling" without ever reading the bill.....Holder repeatedly fanned the flames of racial and ethnic tension which is the exact opposite of what we would expect from the nation's chief law enforcement officer.

Eric Holder Advocated Special Treatment for Fugitive Marc Rich for Over a Year

WHO IS MARC RICH? Then a fugitive from justice, billionaire commodities trader Marc Rich was one of 140 people Bill Clinton pardoned during his last hours as president. Rich's pardon was facilitated by then-Asst USAG Eric Holder (details above).

Rich, 66, was charged in 1982 with the largest tax-evasion scheme in US history, having evaded more than $48 million in income taxes. In 1983 Rich was indicted on 51 additional counts of racketeering and wire fraud. Rich's accomplice, Pincus Green won a presidential pardon, too. Rich also violated the US Trading with the Enemy Act by conducting business with Iran, even as US embassy staff were being held hostage.

In 1983, Rich fled to Switzerland, never serving a day in jail. After fleeing the United States, Rich renounced his American citizenship, became an Israeli citizen and a major benefactor of Jewish charitable organizations, giving nearly $80 million to Israeli hospitals, museums, orchestras, and universities. Rich later moved to Switzerland....and lives there today, insofar as we know.
